Image: Seal of the United States Agency for International Development
Description: The logo of the United States Agency for International Development. It has been in use since 2004, when it replaced the earlier version (still used as the agency seal). Most of the time, the agency identity (which contains this logo) is usually used to represent the agency, but sometimes the logo is used standalone. The previous version was modified in a few ways to make it easier to read and reproduce. The typeface was changed from serif to sans-serif, and the agency name was repositioned. The handshake was redrawn to be gender-neutral and anatomically correct. For more information, see USAID's branding guidelines, in particular the Graphic Standards Manual.
