Description: 711–713 E. Union Street, roughly on the border between Capitol Hill and First Hill, Seattle, Washington, USA. The building, originally designed by John M. Hester as a house and now broken up into apartments, was historically known as the Phillips House, William B. Phillips House, or Heg-Phillips House. It is now known as Phillips Apartments, and is on the National Register of Historic Places, ID #93000359. The steeple in the background is Seattle First Baptist Church.
