Description: "Residence of George Kinnear, Queen Anne Hill" from brochure Seattle and the Orient (1900). The Kinnear house stood just west of Queen Anne Avenue on the lower reaches of the hill, facing Lower Queen Anne and downtown. Polk's Seattle City Directory 1899 (Polk's Seattle Directory Co., 1899), p. 567 gives Kinnear's address as 809 Queen Anne Avenue. I believe that was this house.
