As the future of our health care system lingers in the unknown, I’m particularly concerned about the 5,329,500 Pennsylvanians with a pre-existing condition – including 642,700 children – who could lose protections, and be charged six-figure premiums. The Fifth Circuit’s decision reflects Trump’s and Republicans’ ultimate goal: To gut the ACA with no plan whatsoever to replace or improve it, and rip away coverage for millions of Americans. This is health care sabotage at its worst."
