Description: The Sentinel Hotel's east wing, built in 1909 as the Seward Hotel (and renamed the Governor Hotel in 1931), from the east, from across the intersection of 10th & Alder, in downtown Portland, Oregon. Since 2004, the hotel's entrance has been on 11th Avenue, in the west wing (a former Elks Temple).
