His son, who was also of Thursford. HALL, John (B3). Sheriff of Norwich 1693. Possibly some relationof Bishop Joseph Hall. HAMOND, Ro. (A3). The family was decidedly Royalist. Capt.Hamond, of Ellingham, a Royalist, was prisoner in 1655, andJohn Hamond, a Royalist Compounder. A John Hamond wasMayor of Lynn in 1673. HARDY, Leonard (Hl).j Probably related to Richd. Hardy, who was a,, Jeremy (C2). J Royalist Compounder.♦HARE, Ra. (A3). Sir Ralph Hare, of Stow Bardolf, was created baronetin 1641; High Sheriff in 1650, M.P. for Norfolk 1654, 1656, and1661, and for Lynn 1660. Was one of the excluded, or non-approved, members of Parliament of 1656, and died 1671. He married Vere, the sister of Horatio D. Townshend, oneof the promoters of the Address. HARTSTONGUE, Finch (C2). Was son of Hy. Hartstong, ofMulbarton, by Joyce Finch. HARWOOD, John (C2).
