Created with Stellarium, set to LST timezone. ASP = anti solar point. The midnight culmination is invariant of the observer's location on the northern hemisphere if local solar time is used. Towards the official timezone-time, local solar time varies depending on the longitude within the timezone by a few seconds to up to 3 hours.
