Description: Spenger's Fish Grotto, an institution in West Berkeley. We used to live down the street from a lightbulb store in L.A. (Lightbulbs Unlimited) that, for 7 years, never fixed the lightbulbs in its own sign. The neon always read: "Lightbulbs Unl." This reminded me of that.
