Description: St. Columba's Church, Swords, County Dublin The Church was designed by a Mr.Trench of Hayward, near Ballynakill, and the architect was Mr. William Farrell of Dublin. The cost of the church was then £2200. It consists of the church itself, a round tower, and a former 14th cent. abbey church tower. The latter two are featured in the photo.
