Description: St. John the Evangelist, West Hendon, near to Hendon, Barnet, Great Britain. An Anglican church located on the end of Algernon Road, next to Vicarage Road. The church unusually has no windows on the north side and I suspect that the intention was to add a second aisle to match the one on the south side at a later date. You can get a clearer view of the south aisle in John Salmon's <a href="https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/341310">TQ2288 : St John the Evangelist, Algernon Road, London NW4</a>.
