Description: St Mary's Church Eccleston, Old Churchyard - grave of Hugh Grosvenor, 1st Duke of Westminster (13 October 1825 – 22 December 1899). He was cremated in Woking Crematorium, which he had helped to build, and his ashes were later buried in this grave. Note the Grosvenor coat of arms on the grave stone; the shield is encircled with the Order of the Garter, of which the 1st Duke was a member.
