Description: Portrait of the Rankin family, 1908. Portrait of three generations of the Rankin family. Mrs James Thomson (Dame Annabelle's grandmother), Mrs C.D.W. Rankin (Dame Annabelle's mother) and baby Annabelle Jane Mary Rankin. The Honourable Dame Annabelle Jane Mary Rankin was born in Brisbane in 1908 and was the first women to enter federal Parliament in 1947.
