Description: Parlour at Wolverton, Townsville residence of the Tunbridge family, ca. 1895. The walls of the living room are papered in striped wallpaper with a constrasting paper of oriental influenced floral design above the picture rail. Seating in the room is two styles of cane armchair and occasional tables arranged against the walls. Framed family photographs are hung from the wall from the picture rail. An upright piano and a piano stool is at the right of the photograph. The windows are hung with fabric blinds and a valance.
