Description: TÕNU TRUBETSKY (also Mycroft Trubecki, Cris Mayfield, Tony Blackplait; 24. IV 1963 Tallinn), writer, rock musician, film director. Studied at Tallinn 7th (currently French Lyceum) and 32nd Secondary School. Graduated from diving courses in 1982. Published twelve books from 1988 to 2013; directed seven musical films from 1998 to 2012. Was a leader of the punk movement in the 1980s, is/was a singer in the bands The Wild Cats (1977), Vennaskond (1984), Felis Ultramarinus (1986), Vürst Trubetsky & J. M. K. E. (1986), The Flowers of Romance (1987), The Un concern (1988), The Flowers of the Universe (2011) and as a guitarist in the band Operatsioon Õ (1995).
