Description: Imperial Japanese Navy fighter ace Tadashi Kaneko. In service in the Sino-Japanese and Pacific wars, he was credited with destroying 8 enemy aircraft. This photo was taken in 1936 or 1937 when Kaneko was serving on the aircraft carrier Ryūjō.
