Description: Grave site of Benjamin Harrison (1871-1936) and Rebecca Scudder . The Scudders moved from Indiana to Tempe, Arizona. Benjamin Scudder became a school teacher and eventually was elected to the City Council. Both he and his wife are credited with the development of affordable housing in the region. Two of their houses are listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Scudder is buried in sec. 4-1-1.
