Description: Neil Hannon brought The Devine Comedy to the Barbican Hall in London for a five-night residency during which he attempted to play in full each of their ten full studio albums. These shots are from the first night which went right back to 1983's "Liberation" album and followed after the interval with a complete rendition of "Promenade" from 1994. Encores of "Generation Sex" and "National Express" rounded off a very pleasant evening. Amongst the dozen musicians on stage were: Neil Hannon: vocals, guitar Tosh Flood: guitar Simon Little: bass Andrew Skeet: piano Ian Watson: accordion, keyboards Tim Weller: drums, percussion
