Description: The Liberation of Bergen-belsen Concentration Camp, April 1945 Lieutenant Colonel R I G Taylor (left) of 63rd Anti Tank Regiment Royal Artillery, the first British unit to enter Belsen, and the German officers commanding the Wehrmacht troops in the camp finalise arrangements for the German Wehrmacht troops to return to their lines at the end of the temporary truce agreed between German and British forces on 12 April 1945.
