Description: The Reconstruction of 'an Incident'- Civil Defence Training in Fulham, London, 1942 An Air Raid Warden gives his report of the local incident to a colleague at the ARP post, which is then telephoned through to the Control Centre. Behind them, a blackboard lists the names and addresses of the various services to contact, including the electricity company, the water board and the fire station. The names of the streets listed are false, and just serve as an illustration during this reconstruction.
