Description: Timothy Craig Hitchner (July 26, 1961 - February 12, 2011) was a Canadian Radio DJ, Writer and Comedian, most famous for being the voice of Ernie Scar and founding Brocket 99. Popular since the early 1980s, he has been a radio dj on 1090 CHEC, 1570 CKTA, and CKIZ 90.5 FM. Tim Hitchner recorded Brocket 99 in 1986 and provided the voice of Ernie Scar on the 2009 Dick Twang album "Not Too Pretty Bad."
