Description: This waterfall is located near milepost 59 on Oregon highway 138. From the parking area, take the half-mile trail, up about 100 steps and down 130, to the observation deck. This is steep, rugged country. To get a better vantage point, you would need climbing skills and ropes. Or a helicopter. This is a single exposure, with some detail in the whitewater augmented by blending in a shorter exposure.
