Description: Tom saep (Thai script: ต้มแซ่บ; lit. "Tasty soup" as saep means "tasty" in the Isan dialect) is a spicy soup of Isan (northeastern Thailand) origin. This version is with beef (nuea), and served in a mo fai (Thai script: หม้อไฟ) which literally means "fire pot".
