Description: The Trentine pattern is a very archaic Italian-suited pattern of playing cards related to the Bergamo and Brescia patterns. It may originate from the 14th or 15th century. The gap between the king of coins legs is where the tax stamp was once placed. Dal Negro is the last manufacturer of the full 52-card deck which is used to play Dobellone. Dal Negro introduced some changes at the beginning of the 20th century. The clubs now their resemble Venetian and Triestine counterparts. The ribbon linking the deuce of coins and flowers that sprouted from some cups have been removed.
