Description: Turned the first sod on the $11.65 million development in Braddon.
The development will be made up of 42 one- and two-bedroom appartments, 20 of which are being funded by the Federal Government's Nation Building Program, with the ACT Government funding the remainder.
A quarter of the units will go to public housing, a quarter to be transferred to Community Housing Canberra Affordable Housing for management, a quarter will be sold and a the remaining quarter will be rented out at 75 per cent of the market rate.
