Old description does not match NRHP information: TWIN MILLS AT BELVIDERE. THE 3 STORY MILL WAS BUILT IN 1790 BY MAJOR ROBERT HOOPS FOR FELT AND WAS CONVERTED TO A GRIST MILL IN THE LATE 1800’S. ON THE RIGHT IS ANOTHER MILL ALSO USED AS A GRIST MILL BUT SEPARATELY OWNED
