Engraved into the purbeck marble ledger stone on top of the chest-tomb of John Tame (d.1500), builder of Fairford Church, in Fairford Church, Gloucestershire. The wife of John Tame was Alice Twynyho, daughter of his business partner John Twynyho (d.1485) of Cirencester, whose monumental brass survives in St Lawrence's Church, Lechlade, Glos.
