Description: Aerial view of Proctor Lake on the Leon River in Comanche County, Texas, USA. The lake is impounded by Proctor Dam, located approximately 10 miles (16 km) southwest of Dublin, Texas. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers constructed the dam in 1963 for flood control and water supply. A bridge carrying county road 1476 crosses the lake in the far distance. View is to the east.
