Description: Meridian marker near the center of Eastman Quadrangle at the en:University of Rochester. It was erected in 1954 to commemorate en:George Eastman's 100th birthday by Eastman's former associate and University alumnus Charles F. Hutchison. It reports its location as 43°07'40"N 77°37'49"W and reads "COMMEMORATING GEORGE EASTMAN'S GIFTS FOR EDUCATION, HEALTH, MUSIC" along its circumference.
