Description: The so-called Venus of Tan-Tan is a pebble found in Morocco. It is 6 centimeters long and has been claimed as a possible "figurine", gender indeterminate and headless, dated between 300,000 and 500,000 BCE. It and its contemporary, the Venus of Berekhat Ram, might be the earliest representations of the human form.
