Description: Drawing of Seville in early 17th century. At the bottom left is the Castle of San Jorge, in that time was the headquarters of the Inquisition. It would not be a nice place where get in but forced to enter the to the Barrio de Triana, by the Puente de Barcas (Bridge of Barcas), which during 1617 was known as "Puente de Traiana". At the higher center is the Puerta Real or de Goles and on the top, the inmes trees that the 21th century Spanish workers came close to chop down, la Alameda and behind the Puerta de la Macarena.
