Author: Traditionally ascribed to Orosius Master (ca. 1408–1410), but may be the work of an unknown workshop from Poland (ca. 1380–1390).
Permission: Per Slovenian copyright law, in the case of anonymous or pseudonymous works, as well as collective works, the copyright expires 70 years after the lawful disclosure of the work.[3]. In Slovenia, archives must be used in accordance with the Archives and Archival Institutions Act[4] and the Cultural Heritage Protection Act.[5] Per Article 97 of the Protection of Documents and Archives and Archival Institutions Act, the publication of reproductions of public archives without the permission of the Archives is not permitted!
