Use of photos of Twin Towers II are the sole jurisdiction of The Gardner Group. The Gardner Group's policy, stated below (under licensing) refers exclusively to the Twin Towers II project and memorial design prior to 2005 and the WTC Towers Memorial Project. To date, no formal request has been received by Twin Towers II Memorial Foundation, Inc. for permission to use a photo rendering of the WTC Towers Memorial Project. At this time, use of the WTC Towers Memorial photo on Wikipedia is unauthorized.
