Description: Horns were honking, bystanders were clapping their hands and stomping their feet to get these gulls out of the intersection but they seemed to be oblivious to the traffic and the taunts. Locals thought traffic should yield to them and the tourists thought the right-of-way was theirs. A third bird stood at curbside; she might follow the victor to Morro Rock, a popular nesting site for these birds.
