Description: William Ferguson Massey, by Sir William Orpen (died 1931), given to the National Portrait Gallery, London in 1933. William Ferguson Massey (often known simply as Bill Massey or "Farmer Bill") served as Prime Minister of New Zealand from 1912 to 1925, and was the founder of the Reform Party.
