Description: Windmill at Bartramstown, Co. Meath In the entry for the parish of Ardcath in his Topographical Dictionary of Ireland (1837) Samuel Lewis wrote "here are two oatmeal-mills, one worked by wind and the other by water". The bulging walls are real and not the effect of a wide-angle lens.
