Description: Yam khamin khao kung (Thai script: ยำขมิ้นขาวกุ้ง) is a Thai salad made with finely sliced (au Julienne) "white curcuma" (probably Curcuma zedoaria), shredded coconut, cooked prawns, sliced shallots, dried chillies, fresh green Bird's eye chillies, roasted cashew nuts, and crispy fried onion rings. The dressing is the standard Thai dressing for yam (salads): pounded raw garlic, lime juice, green bird's eye chillies, fish sauce, sugar, and salt.
