Description: Headstone in All Saints' parish churchyard, Middleton Stoney, Oxfordshire, for John Douglas Young, MC, Royal Bucks Hussars, who died in April 1928. The inscription is unusual for an Imperial War Graves Commission headstone. It does not give Young's rank. It gives the month of his death but not the day. And it gives the year and month of his birth.
