The first season of the animated TV show Kappa Mikey first aired in the United States. This fun series was created by Larry Schwarz and shown on the Nicktoons Network channel.
About the Show
The story of Kappa Mikey is about a self-centered American teenager named Mikey. He wins a big contest and gets to star in a super popular Japanese TV show called LilyMu. This show is all about a team of heroes who fight crime, and their personalities are like characters you'd see in Japanese anime.
Mikey soon meets his co-stars:
- Gonard is a tall, friendly, and a bit silly guy. He plays the main bad guy in LilyMu.
- Lily acts like a sweet princess in the show. But in real life, she's spoiled and not very nice. She doesn't like Mikey because he became more famous than her.
- Mitsuki is a kind actress who has a crush on Mikey. Her character in LilyMu is much tougher than she is in real life.
- Guano is a small, purple, furry creature. He's often worried and has many jobs and strange habits.
The LilyMu show is run by a strict and loud boss named Ozu. He can be grumpy but also helps guide the actors. His loyal assistant, Yes-Man, always agrees with everything Ozu says.
The series shows the actors' daily lives when they're not filming. They often get into funny problems because of their own mistakes or their fame. Each episode usually has a main story and smaller side stories about the other characters. The show uses lots of jokes and funny situations to make you laugh!
