Krystyna Moszumańska-Nazar (born September 5, 1924, died September 27, 2009) was a talented Polish composer, music teacher, and pianist. She was born in a city called Lviv, which is now in Ukraine.
Her Life Story
After World War II, Krystyna studied music at the State Higher School of Music in Kraków. She learned how to compose music from Stanisław Wiechowicz and how to play the piano from Jan Hoffman.
After finishing her studies, she became a professor at the Academy of Music in Kraków. She even became the head of the school, called the Rector, from 1987 to 1993. Krystyna Moszumańska-Nazar passed away in Kraków after being ill for some time.
