Lena Carlzon-Lundbäck was born on March 26, 1954. She is a Swedish former cross-country skier. She competed for a club called Malmbergets AIF. Lena also represented her home country, Sweden, in two Winter Olympics. These were the 1976 Winter Games in Innsbruck and the 1980 Games in Lake Placid. She took part in both individual races and team relay events.

Her best team result was helping the Swedish relay team finish fourth in 1976. Individually, she achieved two 10th place finishes. One was in the 5-kilometer race in 1976, and the other was in the 10-kilometer race in 1980. Lena Carlzon-Lundbäck became the Swedish national champion eight times in total.
