Lluïsa Forrellad i Miquel (born May 27, 1927 – died August 4, 2018) was a Spanish writer. She wrote her books in both the Catalan and Spanish languages. She was the twin sister of another writer, Francesca Forrellad.

Lluïsa Forrellad was born in 1927. She became well-known for her writing. In 1953, she won a very important award called the Premio Nadal. This award is one of the oldest and most famous literary prizes in Spain. She received it for her novel titled Siempre en capilla. Winning this award helped her become a recognized author.
Lluïsa Forrellad passed away in 2018 at the age of 91. She left behind a legacy of stories written in two different languages.
