María Teresa Miras Portugal (born 1948, died 2021) was a Spanish scientist. She was a pharmacist, biochemist, and molecular biologist. She was also a professor at the Complutense University of Madrid.

She was a member of the "Real Academia Nacional de Farmacia" in Spain. From 2007 to 2013, she was its President. This made her the first woman to lead a "Real Academia" in Spain. She later became an Honorary President. She also belonged to many other important science groups. These included the Spanish Society of Neuroscience and the European Society for Neurochemistry.
