Michael James Bailey (born on April 6, 1988) is an English actor who used to perform. He is most famous for playing Sid Jenkins in the first two seasons of the British TV show Skins. After acting for many years, Mike Bailey decided to become a teacher in 2017.

Starting with Skins
Mike Bailey became well-known for his role as Sid Jenkins. Sid was a main character in the first two seasons of the popular British teen drama Skins. In the final episode of the first season, Mike even sang a song. He performed "Wild World" by Cat Stevens with other actors. Mike and the rest of the main cast from seasons one and two did not come back for the third season of Skins.
Other Acting Roles
Besides Skins, Mike Bailey appeared in other TV shows and films. In May 2009, he was in a Channel 4 drama called 1066: The Battle for Middle Earth. He played a character named Tofi in this historical show.
