Paul Okoumba d'Okwatsegue facts for kids
Paul Okoumba d'Okwatsegue (born December 30, 1933) is a Gabonese politician. He was born in Franceville, Gabon. He was the Foreign Minister of Gabon from 1974 to 1976. He was later he was elected as Secretary-General of the Agency of Cultural and Technical Cooperation (ACCT) on December 16–17, 1985.
