Rubik's Brain Racker is a fun puzzle for one person. It's part of the famous Rubik's family of puzzles. This game gives you many challenges to solve. Winning Moves Games USA released it in 2007.
How to Play Rubik's Brain Racker
Rubik's Brain Racker is a puzzle with many possible solutions. Some ideas for solving it are even on the back of its box! The puzzle itself is a plastic ball. It has many small triangles on tracks. Each triangle has a number from 1 to 5. They also come in four colors: red, yellow, blue, and green.
To start playing, you hold a metal ring on the puzzle. Then, you rotate this ring. This makes the red triangle with the number 1 pop out a little. Now you can move the other puzzle pieces around.
Solving Challenges
There are different goals you can try to achieve with Rubik's Brain Racker. Here are some examples:
- Try to get two colors of triangles into straight lines. At the same time, the other two colors should form a rough circle.
- Arrange the triangles like a mosaic. The rule is that no two pieces of the same color can touch each other.
- Some challenges also involve the numbers. You might need to put the numbers in the correct order. Or, you might need to make sure no number repeats in certain sections. The puzzle has 12 overlapping, roughly circular panels. Each panel holds five pieces.
