The Story of Sammy's Super T-Shirt
Sammy Smith (played by Reggie Winch) dreams of becoming a huge sports star. He's training hard for a big long distance running race. His good friend, Marvin (played by Lawrie Mark), helps him. They even use a special body-building course from Professor Hercules!
How Sammy's T-Shirt Got Its Power
Sammy has a special "lucky" Tiger T-shirt. Two bullies, who are also racing against Sammy, throw his T-shirt into a research lab. Sammy tries to get it back. While doing so, he accidentally knocks over some electrical equipment. There's a big explosion, and suddenly, Sammy's T-shirt has amazing powers!
Escaping the Crooks
The main scientist, Mr. Trotter (played by Julian Holloway), and his boss, Mr. Becket (played by Richard Vernon), want to use the T-shirt's power for themselves. But Sammy and Marvin manage to escape with the shirt. With the T-shirt, Sammy can jump over tall walls and even stop a car with just one hand! He can also run super fast, like a rocket!
The Big Race
After many close calls, Sammy finally makes it to the sports ground for the race. But at the very start, the two bullies trip him. Thanks to his super T-shirt, Sammy quickly gets ahead.
However, as Marvin arrives, the T-shirt starts to act strangely. It makes Sammy slow down and stop! Marvin quickly pulls the T-shirt off Sammy. He tells Sammy to run using his own strength. Sammy listens, catches up to the other runners, and wins the race all by himself!
