San Martín is a town and a municipality in El Salvador. It is located in the San Salvador department. In 2020, about 112,065 people lived there. San Martín is part of the larger San Salvador metropolitan area.

Where is San Martín located?
San Martín is surrounded by other towns. To the north are San José Guayabal and Oratorio de Concepción. To the east are San Bartolomé Perulapía and San Pedro Perulapán. Ilopango and Lake Ilopango are to the south. Tonacatepeque is to the west.
