Kids Encyclopedia Facts

Terry's All Gold was a popular box of assorted chocolates. It was first made by a company called Terry's. Later, another company, Carambar & Co, took over. Sadly, these chocolates were stopped being made in 2020.

A Sweet History

Terry's All Gold chocolates were first introduced in the United Kingdom. Records show they might have started in 1931, 1932, or 1936. For many years, they were a very popular brand of chocolates.

People might remember their famous advertising slogan: "See the face you love light up with Terry's All Gold." This slogan suggested that giving someone these chocolates would make them happy.

In 2020, the company Carambar decided to stop making Terry's All Gold. They wanted to focus more on other popular products, like the Terry's Chocolate Orange.

What Was in the Box?

Terry's All Gold chocolates came in different sized boxes. Some boxes weighed about 454 grams (16 oz), which is almost half a kilogram. Other boxes were a bit smaller, around 380 grams (13.4 oz). A 380-gram box of these chocolates contained 1938 calories.
