Unión is a small village and a municipality in San Luis Province, Argentina. It's located where two important roads meet: National Route 188 and Provincial Route 3. This town is in the southern part of the province. It was founded on November 24, 1910, by the Wüst family. In 2010, about 2,462 people lived there. The current leader, called an Intendant, is Julian Roberto Bealals.

Getting Around Unión
Unión is an important spot for travel because of the main roads that cross through it.
Main Roads
National Route 188
National Route 188 connects Unión to other towns. If you go west, it leads to General Alvear, which is about 162 kilometers away. If you head east, it takes you to Realicó, about 156 kilometers from Unión.
Provincial Route 3
Provincial Route 3 is another key road. It connects Unión to San Luis City, the capital of the province, which is about 230 kilometers to the north. Going south on this route will take you towards La Pampa Province, about 101 kilometers away.
Unión Train Station
Unión once had its own railway station. It first opened in 1907, making it easier for people and goods to travel. However, the station stopped being used in 1977.
