55 West, also known as 55 W, is a tall apartment building in Downtown Orlando, Florida. It was finished in 2009. This building is one of the tallest in the downtown area. It stands next to the SunTrust Center and looks over Church Street Station.
Cool Features of 55 West
This building has a unique roof. Unlike many flat roofs in the city, 55 West has a slanted, almost "house-like" roof. At night, the very top of the building glows blue. This special lighting makes it stand out in the Orlando skyline.
Fun Amenities for Residents
55 West offers many cool things for people who live there. It has a swimming pool that is high up, giving amazing views of downtown Orlando. The pool area is designed to feel like a tropical getaway.
On the ground floor, you can find a convenience store and a restaurant. Right across Church Street, there's also a piano bar and the Mad Cow Theatre. This means residents have lots of places to go and things to do nearby.
